ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The TEPL Internship Program at Technodeal Enerpower provides opportunities to students or other eligible persons to have experiential learning in the organization by deploying their knowledge and skills. The program is designed to bring highly qualified and motivated students with diverse backgrounds into the organization to work on projects linked to MEP systems and support the organization’s corporate or MIS functions. Its main goal is to give successful candidates the opportunity to improve their analytical and technical skills in an industrial environment.
The Internship Program is open on an ongoing basis. Students enrolled at a fully accredited degree or management program (Bachelor, Master, MBA) during their internship can apply online. Selected interns are on-boarded both remotely or physically, depending on job roles and streams of education. However, the actual internship shall be conducted physically / on-site.
LOCATION -
- Base & Classroom Training: Nagpur HQ
- Post Classroom Training: Office / Project sites (as per requirement)

WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY ENTAILS
Internship Overview
- Duration: 3 – 6 Months
- Internship Mode: On-site / Full-time
- Strong focus on learning, discipline, and on-ground problem solving
- Work directly on-site on industrial, commercial & infrastructure projects
- Structured learning, mentoring and exposure to EPC, project execution, and design coordination.
- Great for a student who is Curious + coachable: asks questions, learns fast, applies feedback.
Note: Based on performance during the initial part of the internship, certain candidates may be offered a confirmed GET role with TEPL.
EXPOSURE TO:
- Electrical distribution systems, panels, cabling & site execution
- Drawings, BOQs, estimation, and basic project documentation
- Project Mgmt. & Coordination with site teams, vendors, and consultants
Who should Apply
- B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA - Completed or Pursuing
- Good Attitude & Basic discipline: on time, meets deadlines, keeps promises.
- Fresh graduates and early-career engineers with 0 – 2 years of experience
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing project needs
- Comfortable working at project sites & handling ground realities
- Strong interest in Project execution, Contracting, and Site work
Nice to have
- Clarity of Basic Fundamentals of Engineering
- Good Verbal / Written Communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / CAD Softwares
- Creative and autonomous
