Technodeal Enerpower (MEP EPC) is hiring a Sr. Project Engineer to lead on-ground execution coordination and delivery discipline on active projects in Amravati and Pune. This role requires strong workfront control, stakeholder coordination, reporting rhythm, and closure management to ensure predictable site delivery.
We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Employment Type: Long-term / Project-based contract (as per candidate preference)
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site execution coordination across work-fronts
Monitor progress vs plan; flag risks and drive closures
Coordinate with vendors/contractors, consultants, and client teams
Ensure reporting discipline: trackers, MIS, and progress updates
Support billing readiness and handover documentation (as applicable)
Drive quality and safety discipline through site routines
Own issue resolution cadence and execution follow-ups
Must Have
B.E / B.Tech or Higher in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Comfortable working at project sites and handling ground realities
Strong ownership, follow-through, and coordination capability
