JOB LOCATION -
Base & Classroom Training: Nagpur HQ
Work Location: Nagpur HQ + Project sites (as per requirement)

WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY ENTAILS
Phase 1: Onboarding & Project Familiarisation (0–30 days)
Duration: First 30 days
Understand planning formats, MIS, cadence and reporting expectations
Strong focus on discipline, follow-ups and timeline ownership
Phase 2: Planning & Execution Governance (Core Role)
Work on live business priorities with measurable deliverables
Build and maintain project plans, trackers and schedules
Progress tracking, MIS, forecasting and coordination with teams
Timeline follow-ups, risk flags and closure discipline
EXPOSURE TO:
Business operations support & reporting (trackers, MIS, summaries)
Project planning & scheduling support
Progress tracking, MIS & coordination with execution teams
Forecasting, reporting & timeline follow-ups
Who should Apply
B.Tech / B.E (Any stream); MBA is an advantage
Minimum 2 years relevant experience (planning / MIS / tracking)
Comfortable working with site & execution teams
Strong ownership, follow-through and deadline discipline
Good Excel/Sheets reporting discipline
Ability to adapt to changing project priorities
Strong analytical skills (data-backed decisions)
Nice to have
Good verbal / written communication
Good stakeholder coordination
Good Excel / MSO skills (tracking, analysis, reporting)
Exposure to MS Project / Primavera (optional)
Clear communication and stakeholder coordination
Structured problem solving and risk flagging mindset
