JOB LOCATION -

  • Base & Classroom Training: Nagpur HQ

  • Work Location: MD Office (Nagpur HQ) + coordination with teams / travel as required.

WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY ENTAILS

Phase 1: Onboarding & Training (0–90 days)

  • Duration: First 30–90 days
  • Structured onboarding, tools orientation and working cadence

  • Strong focus on ownership, execution discipline and follow-through

Phase 2: Core Role — Management Trainee (MD Office)

  • Work closely with MD Office on coordination & execution support
  • Drive follow-ups, documentation & task closure across stakeholders
  • Support internal initiatives and technology adoption

EXPOSURE TO:

  • Client management, meeting coordination, MOMs, and follow-ups

  • Calendar & travel coordination + confidential data handling

  • Technology adoption, product onboarding support + market research


Who should Apply
  • B.E / B.Tech / MBA — Completed or pursuing (final year acceptable)

  • Good attitude & willingness to learn

  • 0–3 years experience (freshers can apply)

  • Strong ownership + consistency in execution follow-through

  • Comfort with coordination, follow-ups, and documentation discipline

  • Comfort handling confidential information and senior stakeholders

Nice to have
  • Strong verbal / written communication

  • Good Excel / MS Office skills (tracking/analysis, reporting)

  • Comfort with software/tools adoption (Zoho/CRM/ERP/accounting systems)

  • Structured problem solving and clear note-making

  • Market research & competitor mapping mindset
