JOB LOCATION -

  • Base & Classroom Training: Nagpur HQ

  • Work Location: Nagpur HQ + coordination with teams / travel as required.

WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY ENTAILS

Phase 1: Onboarding & Training (0–90 days)

  • Duration: First 30–90 days
  • Structured onboarding across teams, tools and SOPs

  • Strong focus on discipline, communication and execution basics

Phase 2: Rotations & Execution Ownership (30–180 days)

  • Work on live business priorities with measurable deliverables

  • Cross-functional coordination and follow-through

  • Exposure-based fitment into a long-term track

EXPOSURE TO:

  • Business operations support & reporting (trackers, MIS, summaries)

  • Coordination across functions (Projects / Ops / Admin)

  • Process improvement support & execution follow-through

  • Exposure & pathways: Pre-Sales / HR / Operations / Procurement / Market Research

  • Client interactions, meeting coordination, MOMs, and follow-ups


Who should Apply
  • BBA / MBA — Completed or pursuing (final year acceptable)

  • Good attitude & willingness to learn

  • 0–3 years experience (freshers can apply)

  • Ownership mindset + execution follow-through

  • Comfort with coordination, follow-ups and documentation

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and team needs

  • Strong analytical skills (data-backed decisions)

Nice to have
  • Good verbal / written communication

  • Good stakeholder coordination

  • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills (tracking, analysis, reporting)

  • Comfort with software/tools adoption (ERP/CRM/accounting systems)

  • Structured problem solving and process improvement mindset
