CTC BEING OFFERED 🪙
  • During Ph. 1 (Internship): Stipend only
  • During Ph. 2 (GET Process): 4.5 LPA including all emoluments.

JOB LOCATION -

  • Base & Classroom Training: Nagpur HQ
  • Post Training PPI & Work: Office / Project sites (as per requirement)
Note: We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, age, gender, or personal circumstances. But reiterate - The candidates must be willing to undergo the complete PPI + full-time GET pathway and work at office / project sites as per requirement.
WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY ENTAILS

Phase 1: Pre-Placement Internship (PPI)

  • Duration: 3 – 6 months (full-time)
  • Work directly on-site on industrial, commercial & infrastructure projects
  • Strong focus on learning, discipline, and on-ground problem solving

Phase 2: GET – Process Engineer (Full-time role)

  • Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a confirmed GET – Process Engineer role with TEPL.
  • Structured learning, mentoring and exposure to operations excellence, systems implementation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Assist functional owners in planning and implementing process improvements, system rollouts, and adoption across teams.

EXPOSURE TO:

  • Process improvement & Kaizen implementation: feedback loops, root-cause thinking, and standardisation
  • Technology adoption projects: such as Zoho Inventory or CRM implementation & onboarding, Zoho Books integration, etc.
  • Operations controls: store optimisation, ordering optimisation, and implementation of Payment Advice / Payment Requisition systems
Who should Apply
  • B.E / B.Tech (Any discipline) - Completed or Pursuing (Final Year)
  • Good Attitude & Willingness to Learn
  • Fresh graduates and early-career engineers with 0–2 years of experience
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing project needs
  • Comfortable working at project sites & handling ground realities
  • Strong interest in Project execution, Contracting, and Site work
Nice to have
  • Clarity of process improvement and structured problem solving
  • Good verbal / written communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong analytical skills (data-backed decisions)
  • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills (tracking, analysis, reporting)
  • Comfort with software/tools adoption (ERP/CRM/accounting systems)
  • High ownership mindset and execution follow-through
